BRANT Coffee is a family-owned business that has entered the world of coffee roasting both accidentally and purposefully, driven by a growing passion for high-quality coffee. The company is based on the desire to create coffee whose flavour and aroma do not need to be hidden behind milk, sugar, or syrups, but which is rich and nuanced on its own.
The journey into coffee roasting began with searching for a favourite coffee in stores, which led to a deeper exploration of the coffee world. This process revealed the diversity of coffee and inspired home roasting. After extensive learning, experimentation, and refinement, BRANT Coffee was established as a family roastery, where quality, taste, and an ethical approach to the origin of coffee beans are the core values.
Coffee Masterclass
Discover the world of coffee in a Brant Coffee masterclass and learn how to prepare excellent coffee at home. The masterclass covers coffee bean selection, basic grinding principles, and different brewing methods, along with a coffee tasting experience.
You will learn how to choose suitable coffee beans, grind them correctly, and try filter coffee, French press, and espresso preparation techniques. At the end, you will enjoy the coffee you have prepared and explore its flavour nuances.
The masterclass takes place at the Brant Coffee roastery (Birznieku iela 8, Birznieki, Ādaži Municipality) from 12:00 to 14:00 on selected dates. Price is per person.

Roastery Tour
The tour offers insight into the journey of coffee from bean to cup. It provides an overview of coffee cultivation, processing, and the roasting process, as well as how these influence flavour and aroma. During the visit, guests can taste coffees from different regions and roast profiles, highlighting their unique differences. The family’s story is also shared, from home roasting beginnings to the creation of the brand. It is an educational and interactive experience in a friendly atmosphere.
