Carnikava Walking Map invites you to take an informative walk through the village of Carnikava and discover its cultural, historical and natural heritage.

The route takes you past important landmarks and scenic spots in Carnikava, including Carnikava Manor Park, the historic railway station building, the Carnikava promenade and the mouth of the Gauja River, as well as other points of interest that tell the story of Carnikava’s past and present.

Along the way, you can also enjoy Carnikava’s unique atmosphere and stop at one of the local cafés, restaurants or bakeries to sample delicious treats and take a break.

The route is suitable for a leisurely walk and for discovering Carnikava, both for local residents and visitors. Nature and outdoor enthusiasts can extend their walk to the mouth of the Gauja River and the seaside.

Please note! From 1 May to 31 July, access to certain sections of the route is restricted due to the nesting of protected bird species. During this period, please follow the signs and use the alternative route indicated on the map.
