We invite you to take an informative walk through \u0100da\u017ei and, accompanied by an audio guide, discover the town\u2019s history during the Soviet period. The circular route starts and ends in the centre of \u0100da\u017ei, allowing you to explore, at a leisurely pace, places and stories connected with an important period in the town\u2019s development.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modern-day \u0100da\u017ei began to take shape in the 1960s<\/strong> around what is now L\u012bgo Square. At that time, \u0100da\u017ei was closely connected with a collective farm that existed for 41 years and had a significant impact on both the development of the local area and the lives of many people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the walk, you will learn how \u0100da\u017ei developed during the Soviet period, when the collective farm and later the \u201c\u0100da\u017ei\u201d agro-firm established extensive production, including fur farming, bread production, and horticulture, as well as developing important public facilities. \u0100da\u017ei was developed as a model agricultural enterprise and was also presented to foreign visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The route offers an insight not only into the town\u2019s architecture and history, but also into everyday life, social activities, and economic development during the Soviet era<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
