The route starts at Garkalne railway station and is approximately 20 km long. It is suitable for hiking, with a moderate to challenging difficulty level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along the way, hikers can enjoy diverse forest landscapes and rich biodiversity. Sections of the trail pass through protected nature areas, including the <strong>Piej\u016bra Nature Park<\/strong> and the <strong>Garkalne Forest Nature Reserve<\/strong>, where several rare bird species can be observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within \u0100da\u017ei Municipality, the route passes through the village of Alderu, where it is possible to take a short break at <strong>Alderu Beach on Lake Mazais Baltezers<\/strong>, as well as explore the story of <strong>Alderi Park<\/strong> and its historic plantings. Continuing towards Kalngale, visitors can also stop at the <strong>Baltezers Tree Nursery<\/strong>, known for its wide variety of plants and peaceful garden atmosphere. Near Kalngale, the <strong>Bird Park recreation area<\/strong> offers a firepit and resting facilities. In the Kalngale beach area, it is also possible to follow the <strong>Rose Dune Trail<\/strong>, which leads all the way to the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most convenient way to reach the starting point at Garkalne railway station is by train, using routes Riga\u2013Sigulda, Riga\u2013Valmiera, or Riga\u2013Valga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This trail is ideal for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts who wish to explore the forests and coastal landscapes of the \u0100da\u017ei region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trail manager: SIA \u201cR\u012bgas me\u017ei\u201d.
