The Third Stage of the SP\u0112KA SPEKTRS Rucking Series to Take Place in \u0100da\u017ei Municipality<\/strong><\/h1>\n

On September 26, Carnikava Park will host the third stage of the 2026 SP\u0112KA SPEKTRS Rucking Series, bringing together people interested in physical activity, hiking, and practical preparedness.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rucking is a form of walking or hiking with a weighted backpack \u2013 a simple way to turn an ordinary walk into a physical challenge while developing endurance, strength, and practical preparedness. At the \u0100da\u017ei stage, participants can choose between two distances \u2013 the approximately 6 km DZELZS (\u201cIron\u201d) route and the approximately 18 km T\u0112RAUDS (\u201cSteel\u201d) route.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants can choose between two formats. The Recreational Class<\/strong> offers a relaxed hike at a pace that suits each participant, while the Sport Class<\/strong> is a competitive format with a specified minimum backpack weight, time limits, official results, medals, and prizes in different age groups.<\/p>\n

The event\u2019s start and finish area will also host the Preparedness Festival<\/strong>, featuring practical activities and an opportunity to explore topics related to 72-hour emergency bags, first aid, communications, safety, navigation, nature, and responding to emergency situations. The festival programme will be supported by the National Guard and the Youth Guard Centre, the State Fire and Rescue Service, the State Border Guard, the Latvian Red Cross, the Latvian Association of Samaritans, Latvijas valsts me\u017ei, the Latvian Radio Amateur League, bezvests.lv, Taipans Apsardze, Sp\u0113ka Nora, and other partners.<\/p>\n

The rucking series is also open to teams and groups<\/strong> \u2013 companies, sports clubs, schools, services, and groups of friends. The season\u2019s Team Cup<\/strong> will be determined by combining Sport Class participants\u2019 points from several stages of the series. Special entry fees are available for groups and teams of 10 or more participants.<\/p>\n

Participants in the \u0100da\u017ei stage who finish within the official time limit will also receive a unique commemorative patch from the \u0100da\u017ei stage collection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The event starts at 9:00 AM in Carnikava Park, \u0100da\u017ei Municipality.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The entry fee is EUR 30. Participants under 18 and seniors aged 63+ pay EUR 15. Residents of \u0100da\u017ei Municipality can receive a 25% discount using the code ADAZIEM25. The entry fee may change once a certain number of registered participants has been reached.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The third stage of the 2026 SP\u0112KA SPEKTRS Rucking Series in \u0100da\u017ei Municipality will combine physical challenge, outdoor activity, team building, and practical preparedness activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n
